Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the yakabet deposit page. Deposits are generally credited to your yakabet account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of yakabet's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. In no event shall yakabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yakabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
yakabet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yakabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.
You may close your yakabet account at any time by contacting yakabet support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. yakabet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the yakabet platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting yakabet support. yakabet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent yakabet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
yakabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, yakabet will notify registered account holders via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address security concerns.
Your continued use of the yakabet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
